5. I am NOT incapable of exercising sound judgmentwith respect to the proper use and storage of a handgun.
6. I have NOT in the past 5 years preceding the date of applicationbeen convicted of a Class A or Class B misdemeanor or an offense under section 42.01, Texas Penal Code.
7. I am fully qualified under application federal and state law to purchase a gun.
8. I have NOT been finally determined to be delinquent in making a child support payment administered or collected by the Texas Comptroller, Texas State Treasurer, or tax collector of any agency or political subdivision of this state.
9. I have NOT been finally determined to be delinquent int the payment of taxes or other money collected by the Texas Comptroller, Texas state Treasurer, or tax collector of any agency or political subdivision of this state.
10. I am NOT currently restricted under a court protective order or subject to a restraining order affecting the spousal relationship, not including a restraining solely affecting property.
11. In the 10 years preceding the date of this application, I have NOT been adjudicated as having engaged in delinquent conduct violating a penal law of the grade of felony.
12. I am at least 21 years of age.
